Although nationally prices seem to be falling , our sister company TMS Estate Agents are still reporting strong demand for buyers, and clients wishing to sell.
We have had a very busy month in May , even though we lost 3 days to Bank Holidays , we arranged almost 70 mortgages , many for First Time Buyers and home-movers.
It is easy to get wrapped up in negativity, but we are a company that believes ‘there is always a solution‘ and the glass is very much half full.
