If you are self employed or a company director, and are thinking of getting a mortgage before October 5th, you need to get your 2023 accounts finalised.
Lenders will no longer work on April 2022 figures from October 5th. Please make sure you see your Accountant soon or submit your self-assessment, if you don't have one.
